Deepavali is a major Indian festival, and a significant festival in Hinduism, Sikhism and Jainism. Today it is celebrated by Hindus, Jains and Sikhs across the globe as the "Festival of Lights," where the lights or lamps signify victory of good over the evil within every human being.

I know this's a bit late, but I finally managed to catch the highly anticipated Japanese movie '20th Century Boys', which broke the Jap box office record held previously by 'Death Note'..This movie is splendid! I cannot fathom why our local movie critics gave such low ratings? '20th Century Boys' simply create so much suspense that I can't wait to catch the next instalment of this trilogy!! AHHH~

Another movie to catch will be 'High School Musical 3'!! hehe... :P

"Billboard reports another week, another record-breaking jump to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Britney Spears makes a near-maximum 96-1 rise with “Womanizer,” returning to the top of the list for the first time since her debut single “…Baby One More Time” hit No. 1 in January 1999.

Spears’ single is spurred by first-week download sales of 286,000, the biggest opening-week tally by a female artist since Nielsen SoundScan began tracking digital downloads in 2003, besting Mariah Carey’s take for “Touch My Body” by just over 200 units.

In between her nearly 10-year gap between No. 1s, Spears has placed four other top 10s on the Hot 100, the last being “Gimme More,” the first single from her last set, “Blackout.” That song jumped 68-3 last October with first-week download sales of 179,000.

Can't imagine that I've been a Britney fan for almost 10 years!! Hopefully, Britney's comeback will be a huge blast this December with her 7th album! I'll be anticipating... (Anyway, Britney's latest single 'Womanizer' has since dropped to No. 4. Hope it'll be back at No.1 again :P)

The past few months have been a little unthinkable as I pondered how I could ever tide through this previous 'storm'. Well, it's already over and right now, a new phase has begun, leaving me in a moment of apprehension and excitement.

Hopefully, my path in the jungle will be better cleared of sand, stones and soil so that i'll see a smoother road/journey ahead.

The song 'Bye Bye' by Mariah Carey perhaps reflect my feelings for the current part/moment of my life right now. I think it's a great song taken off from Mariah's platinum selling album E=MC^2. ENJOY!!
